Please also read our privacy policy about data protection and how your information is used by us. We may update our terms and conditions from time to time and we will announce any changes on our site (and in our newsletter). If you use our site after any changes have been announced we will see that use as acceptance of those changes. If you do not wish to accept our terms and conditions you should discontinue use of our site.

To register with our site and order online from us you must be over eighteen years of age. You must ensure that the details you provide us when you register and at any time thereafter are complete and correct.

General Information:

• Some of our products have been enlarged in the pictures to show you the detail.
• Not all pendants come with chains more information can be found on our product descriptions and we endeavour to make it clear which pendants come with chains and which don't.
• Natural stone & pearl colours may vary.
• Most of our earrings are for pierced ears. We have stated on each product whether they are clip earrings or for pierced ears only.

Ordering Products From Us:

Please read our "how to order" page which explains our ordering procedures and options for you.

You must pay by credit or debit card at the time of order. Until payment has been confirmed your order will show as pending and no shipment will take place until payment has been confirmed. You will recieve a confirmation email from us once the order process and payment has been completed. The prices of all our products are stated in pounds sterling. Prices do change from time to time and we do validate prices on orders as part of our acceptance process. In the event of a pricing error we will endeavour to honour the price as shown but we do reserve the right to cancel any order which would be uneconomic or where the price has been abused.

We reserve the right to refuse any order placed by you. Orders will be confirmed by a confirmation email sent to the email address inputted at the time of registration and the order will be fulfilled by the date set out at the time of order (and in the confirmation) or if there is no date within thirty (30) days.

If for any reason the product you ordered is unavailable we will inform you of this by email and offer you either:

•  An alternative date for dispatch.
• An alternative product.
• A full refund.

You are responsible for ensuring that all details you provide us (or any third party we sub-contract the handling of collecting payment on our behalf) for goods purchased are correct and that the credit / debit card or any other electronic payment form you use are your own and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods purchased. We reserve the right to validate your payment before providing you with the goods purchased.

Our Pricing Structure:

All of the prices shown on our website include VAT to ensure you always know the exact price you are paying for any item. Some our items have optional extras (i.e. some pendants may be bought with or without a chain) and the prices for these are clearly stated should you choose them. Any postage charges will be clearly stated in your invoice before you confirm and pay.
