We hope that you are happy with the items you purchase from us. However we do understand that even though we aim to make sure our photographs and descriptions are as detailed as possible, sometimes the item may not be quite as you expected or you may simply have had a change of heart.
If this is the case then simply follow the directions below:
You can return your items to us free of charge within thirty days of the date your order was despatched and receive an exchange or full refund*. In order to receive your refund please follow the below process:
- As soon as you have decided you want to return the item let us know by emailing This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it informing us of your order number and the reason for the return / the item you would like to exchange it for.
- Replace the item in its packaging (i.e. box supplied) and any protective packaging. If you no longer have the protective packaging please ensure that the item is properly protected for post as if the item is damaged during return it could effect our ability to give you a refund / exchange. Also ensure that one of the copies of the invoice received is enclosed with the item* (2 copies are posted to you to ensure that you have one for your records).
- Post the item back to the address shown on the invoice. We recommend that you return the item to us by recorded delivery* to ensure the safe return of the item (cost of return postage will be added to your refund).
- Once the item has been received by us we will process your refund. Please note that we are only able to refund onto the card that was used for the original purchase or an exchange to the same value of the original purchase.
* Refunds on pierced jewellery items can only be processed if the item is still in its sealed packaging. This is due to reasons of hygiene.
* Personalised items (i.e. items that have been engraved) are non-refundable.
* Refunds on items received without a copy of the invoice may be impacted by a delay whilst we identify which customer has returned the item.
* Items posted to us other than by recorded delivery that are not received by us may not receive a refund unless post office franked proof of postage can be provided. It is not necessary for items to sent by special delivery therefore we will only refund the cost of recorded delivery.
